Congratulations to our very own Eric Martin, regional consultant, has made the cover of Limitless magazine! The article highlights some of his success secrets, and lessons he has learned along the way. Eric grew up in France and has a background in finance and accounting. After completing his MBA in Jacksonville, Florida, Eric says, "Upon graduation, I moved to NYC without knowing anyone there and stumbled into the industry. I never looked back since."
Eric highlights one of his biggest challenges after he got to where he is now. He said, "My biggest challenge in getting to this level has been maintaining the level of intensity necessary to keep growing...I look at our industry like working out; everyone knows what is needed to look slim and fit: eat right and work out, but few people do it because it's hard to do over a long period of time. It's the same for our industry."
Eric also outlines how he continues to push himself. He states, " My organization's motto is "We don't make excuses, we make it happen." I try to always strive to be self motivated and a problem solver. Remaining calm, cool, and collected in any situation and leading by example by not asking anyone to do something I haven't done myself."
